While we strive for efficiency, if you're eager to have your order dispatched on the same day you place it, kindly note that we'll need your request by 12 PM PST on weekdays.

Please bear in mind that, regrettably, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Our primary shipping method employs UPS Ground. During peak seasons, such as the holidays, we may temporarily remove the option for 2nd Day delivery due to the increased volume of orders.

Enjoy Complimentary Standard US Shipping on Orders Over $60

Good news! Our standard shipping service to the United States is free for orders totaling $60 or more. Here's what you can expect: your order will undergo 2-3 business days of processing, starting from the moment you place it. Once it's ready to embark on its journey, you can typically anticipate its arrival within 5-8 business days. If you happen to place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, don't worry; we'll get the processing wheels turning on the following business day.

 

However, if it's been more than seven business days since you placed your order and you haven't received your eagerly awaited product, please don't hesitate to get in touch with MIAMAISON customer services.
